Go to Settings > Emergency Contacts and tap "Add Contact". You can add up to 5 emergency contacts who will receive your SOS alerts and location updates during emergencies.

Make sure you've granted location permissions to SafeMe in your device settings. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and ensure SafeMe is set to "Always" for emergency features to work properly.

You can cancel your subscription through your device's app store. For iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For Android: Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions.

First, check your internet connection and location permissions. If the issue persists, restart the app and try again. For urgent issues, contact our emergency support immediately.
